About the Karambit | Marble Fade
The Karambit | Marble Fade is one of the most popular knife skins in CS2. It arrived in CS:GO in January 2015 with the Chroma Case, and it pairs the Karambit, one of the most wanted knife models in the game, with one of its most colorful finishes.
The finish swirls red, blue, and yellow across the blade, and every copy has its own mix of those three colors. That variety is a big part of the appeal, and it is why two Marble Fade Karambits can sell at very different prices.
The wear tabs at the top of this page show the current Karambit Marble Fade price for each condition.
Design
The Marble Fade uses metallic paint with a marbling effect, finished with a candy coat in three colors. The result is a blade covered in wavy, smoke-like streaks of red, blue, and yellow that blend into each other, while the handle and finger ring are left unpainted. The colors on this page break down as mostly blue and grey, with cyan and pink.
The pattern decides how much of each color shows. The most wanted copies are "Fire and Ice" patterns, which show only red and blue with no yellow on the blade. Blue-dominant and evenly balanced "Tricolor" patterns are also popular, while yellow-heavy copies are the most common.
How to Get the Karambit | Marble Fade
There are three ways to get a Karambit | Marble Fade in CS2.
- Buy it from a marketplace. This is the only route that lets you choose the pattern, which makes it the route almost every buyer takes. The offers at the top of this page show every marketplace with a listing.
- Open a case. The Karambit | Marble Fade drops from the Chroma Case, Chroma 2 Case, and Chroma 3 Case. Knife drops are rare, at around 0.26% per case, and the finish and pattern you get are random.
- Trade up to it. Since October 2025, a trade-up contract using Covert skins can produce a knife from an eligible case. The finish and pattern are still random.
Wear Conditions and Float
The Karambit | Marble Fade has a float range from 0.00 to 0.08, so it only exists in two wear conditions: Factory New (FN) and Minimal Wear (MW). There is no Field-Tested, Well-Worn, or Battle-Scarred version.
Wear barely shows on most copies. Near the top of the range, small marks appear in the middle of the blade, along the finger ring, and near the handle. Most copies are Factory New, and Minimal Wear covers only 0.07 to 0.08.
Switch between the two conditions using the tabs above. Each one has its own listings and price history.
Variants
The Karambit | Marble Fade comes in a standard version and a StatTrak™ version, which counts your kills with the knife. Pricempire lists each version separately, so you can compare them using the toggle above. There is no Souvenir version.
What Drives the Price of the Karambit | Marble Fade
- Pattern. The biggest factor after condition. Fire and Ice copies with no yellow sit far above the rest, and blue-dominant and Tricolor patterns also carry a premium.
- Float. With only two conditions, the exact float matters more than the wear name, and the lowest floats are worth more.
- StatTrak™. The StatTrak™ version is scarcer than the standard one and priced separately.
- The Karambit itself. It is one of the most wanted knife models in CS2, which lifts every finish on it.
- Case supply. The Chroma cases are older cases opened far less than current ones, so few new copies enter the market.
Compare the offers above before you buy or sell, and set a price alert if you are waiting for a particular level. Always check the pattern on a listing before you compare prices.
