Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1st December 2025

By registering for or logging into the "pricempire.com" platform, or by subscribing to and using "pricempire.com" features ("Service"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Overview

The Service provided by 99 HP Tech Limited includes, but is not limited to:

  • Access to CS2 and CS:GO item prices from multiple marketplaces

  • Tools for creating and managing virtual item portfolios

  • Real-time and historical price comparison across supported platforms

  • API access for integrating this functionality into third-party projects, websites, or applications

2. Subscription & Access

  • Access to the API is granted on a subscription basis.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key. Sharing your key is prohibited.

  • We may revoke access at any time for violation of these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may use the API to integrate CS2 skin data into your own projects, websites, or applications.

  • You may not use the API to build a directly competing service or resell the data as-is.

  • Abuse or excessive requests outside plan limits may lead to throttling or suspension.

4. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Each subscription tier includes defined rate limits. Exceeding these limits may result in delayed responses, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All API data is sourced and aggregated from third-party sites. We do not own or guarantee the accuracy of this data.

  • The aggregation logic, structure, and delivery system are proprietary and protected

6. Third-Party Content

  • The Service provides data from third-party marketplaces. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or availability of this content.

  • Any reliance on third-party information is at your own risk.

7. Data Accuracy & Availability

  • We strive for high reliability, but the Service may be subject to outages, maintenance, or inaccuracies due to third-party dependencies.

  • We are not liable for any data discrepancies or service interruptions.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You must ensure your use of the API complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service.

  • You may not use the Service for unlawful, unethical, or prohibited purposes.

9. Payments & Refunds

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance. Where the Service has not been accessed or used after payment, the subscription is refundable in full on request. Where the Service has been used, the payment for that billing period is treated as final, save where a refund is due under our Refund Policy or under applicable law.

  • Where a payment is refunded because of a billing error, a duplicate or unauthorised charge, or a failure or unavailability on our side, we refund the full amount you were charged, including any transaction or processing fees.

  • Nothing in this section limits any mandatory right you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence, or your right to raise a dispute with your bank or card issuer.

  • By paying for a subscription, you authorize us to collect and remit any taxes, VAT, or duties required by your country of residence or use.

10. Support

  • Support is available via email and Discord for all active subscribers.

  • Enterprise plans may include enhanced or priority support options.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 99 HP Tech Limited, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for violations of these terms or abuse of the service.

  • Upon termination, all rights to use the API cease immediately.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damages, or disruptions resulting from use or reliance on the API or data.

  • We do not contribute to or condone any activity that violates any local, national, or international law, and we explicitly distance ourselves from such use.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory statutory right of a consumer.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they are habitually resident, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where applicable law so provides.
