All other patterns, except for #661, are divided into three tiers by the amount of blue colour on the weapon finish. But at the same time, this blue is taken into account only on the central part of the gun’s case and the mag. Blue spots on the barrel’s end and the buttstock’s back do not affect the tier.

"The Scar" Pattern #661
This is an AK-47 Case Hardened with pattern #661. It got its name in honour of a small yellow stripe on the side, placed just above the gun’s clip. This is an extremely rare CS2 skin. Overall, there are only 127 such skins that the CS2 community knows of, and only ten of them are Factory New.
