BLOCKED FUNDS & NO REFUNDS: Shadowpay accepts crypto deposits for a broken site and refuses to return money Shadowpay is currently taking user deposits while their core platform features (trading and buying skins) have been completely non-functional for over 10 days. When you deposit money, it gets locked on your balance with zero ability to use it. When you ask support for a refund, they simply hide behind the excuse: "We cannot issue a refund for cryptocurrency." Technically, returning crypto to the original wallet address takes two minutes. Refusing to refund money for a service they fail to provide—while knowingly accepting deposits on a broken platform—is nothing short of a scam. Support refuses to escalate to management and only stalls for time with copy-pasted responses. Do NOT deposit any money or crypto here.
