Expensive items like gloves and high-tier knives often don't sell on the Steam Market due to the $2,000 price limit. To prevent unfairly penalizing these items, we use Buff market data to estimate their liquidity when Steam volume is zero.
Override conditions:
- Steam Market volume is 0
- Buff buy/sell ratio is ≥ 85%
- Buff listing count is ≥ 5
