With the 25th anniversary coming up on 19th of June (this Wednesday!), what better time to have a major update in Counter-Strike 2! But what if they have already implemented some of the changes in the game files?
Possible Leaks
Content creators Aquarius and Gabe Follower teased the possibility of the Operation 12 for CS2 with new maps and in-game updates.
Aquarius confirmed that the next CS2 weapon case is in the works. He used an exploit that has been reported three times already to the developers. He also samentioned that none of the previously leaked skins for CS:GO are in consideration. CS2 came out earlier than expected, which is probably why those skins were dropped.
Gabe Follower, on the other hand, looked deep into the DLL file and noticed some interesting additions. You can watch the full video here, but the list includes new maps, cases, keychains, snow, hair and speech graphics and many others, which makes us think they can use these in already existing Valve games or in future ones.
Whatever the case is, it is 100% certain something is in the making. The timing is perfect for a big update and we cannot wait for it!
